Off the Grid by PJ Tracy

Off The Grid is the latest in the always engaging "Monkeewrench" series by mother/daughter writing team PJ Tracy. The authors take an ex-FBI guy with hit out on him, five kidnapped Native American girls, a dying cancer patient, an Indian chief and the computer-whiz Monkeewrench crew and tie them all together in a rip-roaring page turner revolving around a terrorist plot that's due to explode on Halloween. You don't necessarily have to have read the earlier books in the series to enjoy this one (but they are also good, so you might as well).
