Tell Tale by Jeffrey Archer
Tell Tale is a set of short stories. Some of them are very short--100 words exactly, to be specific.
And some run for several chapters. Most have a little twist at the end. One even came with 3 alternative endings.
I'm not a big fan of short stories in general but I enjoyed these. The end of the book also includes the first few chapters of Jeffrey Archer's next novel, due out later this year.
