Odd Partners: An anthology

 Odd Partners is a series of short stories by mystery writers such as Charles Todd, Jeffrey Deaver, and William Kent Kreuger. In every story there has to be an unusual partnership working to solve the mystery: a girl and a dog, an elderly woman and her caregiver, soldiers from opposite sides of a conflict. It's an interesting collection set in a variety of locations and populated with a bunch of colorful characters, some familiar and some not.
