Every Tom Dick & Harry by Elinor Lipman

 If you're in the mood for a breezy little tale, check out Every Tom Dick & Harry. Emma's parents are estate-sale pros and now they're ready to retire and hand the company over to her. But she's not so sure that's a career she wants to pursue. However, when they announce that they're moving to a new town and she can stay in their house rent-free, it seems more appealing. And oh by the way, Frank, a retired teacher from her high school, is going to be renting a room in the house. 

Frank turns out to be a great roommate, who becomes a friend and a helper with the estate sales. By chance, Emma hears about a huge house nearby that's going on sale and she wants to snag it for an estate sale. Then she finds out it used to be part B&B and part bordello. Which makes it a little hard to market. There are hijinks and surprises and some romance. It's a light little diversion while Mother Nature is making up her mind about what season it is.
