The 17th Suspect by Jas Patterson and Maxine Paetro

17th is the latest in the Women's Murder Club series. Assistant DA Yuki is trying a case of a woman boss who supposedly raped a male underling at gunpoint--and she's wondering what is going on with her marriage to cop Brady. Detective Lindsay is trying to find out who is killing random homeless people--which the cops actually assigned to the case don't seem to be putting forth much effort to solve. She is also experiencing mysterious health symptoms, which she of course ignores until she can't anymore. Reporter Cindy and medical examiner Claire pop up from time to time to offer moral support. It's always nice to spend time with these close friends.
