Fractured by Karin Slaughter

 This is one of the earliest Will Trent books by Slaughter. In this one, he gets partnered with Faith, who is one of my favorite characters in this series. The story involves a murder and a kidnapping. The father of the missing girl is a guy who bullied Will when they were kids in the children's home. There were some interesting twists and turns before Will and Faith solved the murder and the kidnapping. 

I have to say that the character of Angie (in this book Will's live-in girlfriend) is a lot nicer on the TV show version of Will Trent than she is in the books.
