The Mystery Guest by Nita Prose

 This is the sequel to The Maid, featuring Molly Gray, a hotel maid on the autism spectrum. She once again uses her superior observation skills to help solve a murder in the hotel. This time it's a famous mystery writer, who it turns out Molly knew as a child. When he drops dead just before giving a speech to a roomful of adoring fans, it's Lily, the newest maid, who becomes the prime suspect. But Molly uses his persuasive skills to convince Detective Stark that she is (once again) looking in the wrong direction.

It's an entertaining tale. A lot of the characters from the first book return --Mr Snow, Mr Preston, Angela, and of course Detective Stark--who finally realizes that she should trust Molly's instincts when a murder is involved.
