Family Jewels by Stuart Woods

A wealthy (and of course attractive) woman comes to lawyer Stone Barrington for help with a stalker ex-husband. Turns out the ex is not so much interested in getting the woman back as in getting back a gift he had given her during their marriage--the family jewels of the title. As with all the Stone Barrington novels, there's always a pretty girl or two around. There's a lot of money being spent. And there is much fine food being consumed. But it's a good story and would make a perfect beach book, now that the weather is getting better.
