Before We Forget Kindness by Toshikazu Kawaguchi

 This is the sequel to Before The Coffee Gets Cold. We return to the mysterious cafe in Tokyo from which one can travel back (or, as it turns out, forward) in time--but only for the amount of time it takes for a cup of coffee to get cold. This volume includes 4 separate stories--about a young boy whose parents are divorcing, a recent widow who needs help naming her new baby, a father and daughter at odds over whether her boyfriend is good enough for her, and a young woman who is too shy to give Valentine chocolates to the boy she has a crush on.

The story with the little boy was my favorite but all are touching tales. This is a charming series.
