The Reservation by Rebecca Kauffman

 If you like The Bear, you will probably like The Reservation. It focuses on life in a restaurant told from the different perspectives of the people who work there. The story starts with the theft of 20 expensive steaks right before author John Grisham is supposed to be having dinner there. Then asks who has been writing bad online reviews of the restaurant, which is starting to impact business, even though the actual customers seem happy with the food. And ends with kind of a cliffhanger about the health of one of the chefs. It's an engrossing story and a quick read.
