Couple More Good Summer Reads
I can't get into heavy literature on these hot summer days. So I've been focusing on spy thrillers, legal thrillers, chick lit and the like this summer. A few more good options:
1)The new Richard North Patterson legal thriller--In the Name of Honor, which features an Iraq war storyline and a military courtroom
2)Cold as Ice by Tess Gerritsen (featuring the same Rizzoli and Isles characters as on the new TNT series), involving a religious cult out in Wyoming
and
3)The Chicago Way by Michael Harvey, featuring a wisecracking ex-cop trying to solve the murder of his ex-partner and solve the case the partner was working on.
All three books had good characters and good storylines.
