The Rooster Bar by John Grisham

I read this when it first came out and just reread it for my book group. In general, I love John Grisham's books. He knows how to tell a good story. But this was not one of my favorites. For one, it's very depressing--suicide, students drowning in debt, a terrible job market. And for two, I didn't know how to feel about the ending. Though I was sympathetic to the plight of the 3 law students--Mark, Todd, and Zola--the way they chose to overcome their obstacles didn't really seem like the right way to go. It will be interesting to see what my book group has to say about this one.
