 Open Season is the latest installment in the Dr Alex Delaware/Milo Sturgis series. The body of a beautiful aspiring actress is found outside an emergency room.Then the body of her suspected killer is found. Then the body of a mother is found in a rowboat next to her hyterical young son. The cops are stymied because the only common element is the gun. But without a motive, it's hard to find out who's behind the killings. That's where psychologist Alex Delaware comes in.

It's a compelling tale. And as always, I love the friendship between Alex and Milo.
