Collateral Damage by Stuart Woods

Collateral Damage is the sequel to Severe Clear, in which a family of miscreants tries to unleash major mayhem in Los Angeles. In CD, the one surviving family member wants revenge and manages to cause a lot of damage before the authorities can get a good lead on her. All in all, it's quite the page turner. I like the direction Stuart Woods has been going in his last couple of books. There's more plot and less time spent on main character Stone Barrington being a bon vivant and ladies' man. I was happy to see the return of CIA agent Holly Barker, who is Stone's one and only(!) romantic interest throughout the book. Could there be a long-term future for these two? Collateral Damage is good read for a snowy Sunday afternoon.
