Fatal Pursuit is the latest in the always charming "Bruno Chief of Police" series set in a small town in France--a town I would love to visit if it really existed.
This chapter focuses on a fabulous car--one of only 4 Bugattis created--which vanished during World War II. If it's found, it's worth millions, so several interested parties are on the hunt. But then people start getting murdered and Bruno thinks it's because of the Bugatti.
Of course, there's a little romance, a lot of food, and plenty of camaraderie. I can't wait to see what's in store next for our man Bruno.
