Skin Game by Stuart Woods and Parnell Hall

Skin Game is a Teddy Fay adventure--and I'm really starting to like those more than the Stone Barrington books because pretty much all Stone does anymore is buy things and hop into the sack with every woman who crosses his path. The Teddy books actually have a plot.  In this one, ex-CIA guy Teddy is called by Lance Cabot (head of the CIA) to go to Paris and find the mole in the Paris office. While he's there, he uncovers a really nefarious plot that he can't tell Lance about for fear that Lance will call him back to America and/or screw things up. Teddy does call in Dino, the police Commissioner of NYC, who seems to have a lot of spare time for adventures with Stone and Teddy, I might add. Together they save the world. It's a good  "beach" read or a backyard read if you're not up for going to the beach just yet.
