The Five-Star Weekend by Elin Hilderbrand

This is just the summer book I was hankering for. Hollis's foodie website has become the talk of the Internet. She is excited about her growing fame but her surgeon husband, Matthew, and daughter, Caroline,  don't seem that impressed. One day, Matthew, on his way to a conference out of town says to Hollis that they have grown apart. Then he takes off--only to get killed in a car accident. Hollis is devastated. Several months later, she hears about a woman who invited friends from relevant periods in her life to celebrate over a weekend. Hollis decides that is what she needs. She invites her childhood friend Tatum, her college roommate Dru-Ann, a friend from her earliest days of motherhood Brooke. Then she decides to invite one of her internet followers, Gigi, whom she's never met but with whom she seems to have formed a bond since Matthew's death.

Tatum has health issues, Dru-Ann has work issues, Brooke has husband issues, and Gigi has a secret. What could go wrong? Set on Nantucket--which I'm dying to visit after reading all these Elin H. books. Great summer book.
