The Maid's Secret by Nita Prose

 This is the latest in The Maid series featuring Molly the maid (who has autism and works at the Regency Grand Hotel with her beloved Juan Manuel (a pastry chef). An Antiques Roadshow type TV show is filming at the hotel and Molly decides to bring in a few of her late grandmother's treasures. One of them is a golden egg--that turns out to be a Faberge egg that changes Molly's life forever. At the same time, we learn more about Molly's grandmother, Flora, who grew up in a cold but wealthy family and ended up a maid. And we learn how she first acquired the Faberge egg.

All of the regulars from the series return--Mr Preston, Mr Snow, Angela, Molly's fellow maids, even Detective Stark. I'm looking forward to seeing where life takes Molly, Juan Manuel, and the gang next.
