Good Chick Lit

British author Jane Greene (now living in Connecticut) knows how to tell a good story. Her latest, Promises to Keep, won't disappoint. Her heroine, wife/mother/photographer Callie, seems to lead such a charmed life that you know something has to go wrong, which it does. But it's not what you expect. You're drawn into her story as well as that of her sister Steffi (a vegetarian chef who's made a lot of bad romantic choices) and her best friend Lila (a short, frizzy-haired marketing consultant). If you're up for a good story with likeable characters, this is for you.
