Me Before You by JoJo Moyes

Will Traynor is a 30-something take-charge businessman who sees the world as his playground. He loves traveling to exotic places, skiing, rock climbing and dating beautiful women. Louisa Clark is a waitress in a cafe who is still living at home and seeing the same guy she has been dating for the past 7 years.  Will and Louisa's paths would never have crossed except for two things--Louisa's boss decides to close the cafe and Will is hit by a motorcycle and ends up a quadriplegic. He needs a caregiver and she needs a job. After one day, she is ready to quit, but her family needs her income so she keeps going back. And soon a friendship arises between these two unlikely parties. She tries to convince him that he still has plenty of reasons to live (not easy for a man who was always on the move and now literally can't move). And he tries to convince her that it's time for her to start really living. Me Before You is funny, sad, sweet, insightful and compelling. I stayed up till 1:30 in the morning to  see how it ended.
