Whiskey Island by Les Roberts

I read several of the earlier books in this series but hadn't kept track of when the later ones were released. So I was happy to see Whiskey Island on the library shelf and snapped it up. The main character is Milan Jacovich, former cop and current PI in Cleveland, Ohio. He now has a trusty sidekick, protege K.O. (Kevin O'Banion), who's learning the PI trade. The two of them get sucked into a case that turns out to involve major political corruption. They're good mysteries, Milan is an interesting character--and I like the Cleveland setting.
