The Captain's Daugher by Meg Mitchell Moore

Eliza grew up in Maine, the daughter of a widowed lobster fisherman--and couldn't wait to get out and start her life in the "real" world. She manages to get to college, marries, and has children, and life is going well. Then she gets a call that her  father, Charlie, has been injured on his boat. So she heads back to Maine and finds out things are more dire than she expected. And so begins a tumultuous journey of trying to juggle her father, her family, and her old hometown boyfriend while her husband is trying to juggle the kids, his wife's best friend (who suddenly seems very interested in him), and an exasperating client (who could sink his new business). There's also a subplot about a teenage waitress at the local cafe in Maine who ends up playing a major role in Charlie's life, and she in his.
