The Year of What If by Phaedra Patrick

 The setting is England. It's just weeks before Carla and Tom's wedding when she gets her fortune told at her bachelorette party. The message is that her future lies with a man from her past. When Tom is unexpectedly called to the U.S. for work, Carla travels to Europe to reacquaint herself with the men she met while doing a gap year in her 20s.
