Nora Goes Off Script by Annabel Monaghan

 Nora is a single mom whose worthless husband, Ben, left her and the kids mostly because he was very self-centered. She writes a script about their relationship and it gets turned into a major movie starring the dashing Leo. They come to her house to film and Leo announces that he's stay there while they film. Then he continues to stay, saying he really likes being part of a normal family. Leo and Nora spend hours talking then things heat up between them. And Nora's kids fall hard for Leo. Then one day he gets a call that he has to head to LA for a movie role--and that's pretty much the last Nora and her kids hear from him. 

You really love Nora, who put up with selfish Ben for way too long and was kind of relieved when he left. She's such a good mom and you really want her to find happiness, which she seems to have found with Leo. But what made him leave and cut off all contact? It's a good story with likeable characters and some interesting plot twists. Perfect read for a rainy weekend.
