From movies such as When Harry Met Sally and Heartburn to feature articles and blogs, Nora Ephron was a prolific writer--and a wise and witty woman. The Most of Nora Ephron is a vast collection of her work, from early magazine and newspaper articles to the scripts of complete plays and movies.
Since it has to go back to the library this week and I won't have time to read the whole thing, I've been dipping into it at random--and enjoying it immensely. She tackles everything from the sad (the death of a friend) to the silly (neck wrinkles) and her take is always sublime. If you appreciate genuinely good writing, you must pick up this book.
