A Dark and Twisted Tide by Sharon Bolton

Someone recommended these Sharon Bolton mysteries to me and I grabbed the only one on the library shelf, A Dark and Twisted Tide. It was a very compelling story about London river cop Lacey Flint
on the case to solve the apparent murders of several women whose bodies were found in the Thames.

I can see that I should have read this series in order, however, because a lot of things about Lacey's personal life didn't make sense to me and I think that if I had read these books in chronological order, that might not have been a problem. So back to my library I will go, in search of the earlier books.
