Shoot First by Stuart Woods

I've read almost all of the Stone Barrington novels by Stuart Woods. Lately, they've been a little light on plot. But Shoot First actually had a good plot involving a woman who owns very valuable technology and the many people who are willing to kill her to get their hands on it. Stone meets her during a golf game in Florida and soon 1)they're romantically involved (naturally) and 2)he's trying to save her life--again and again. Of course, a lot of traveling and fine dining are involved.
