Just Haven't Met You Yet Sophie Cousens

 Laura heads off to one of the Channel Islands to revisit the site where her parents fell in love, so she can write an article about them. Unfortunately, things get off to a rocky start when she drops her luggage and multiple tampons go flying, but a hunky guy helps her retrieve them. Then she gets into a cab with crabby driver Ted only to find out when she reaches her destination that she has the wrong suitcase. But when she starts sifting through the owner's belongings, she begins to think this is fate and he is the man of her dreams. She hires grumpy Ted to help her track down her soulmate, who proves to be difficult to find. And the more time she spends with Ted, the more she is drawn to him. At the same time, Laura is finding that the version of her parents' love story that she has heard all her life may not be exactly the truth.

It's a charming store in a unique setting. And you're really cheering for Laura to find her happy ending.
